The Team Development Course (TDC) allows students to enhance their team building skills with activities that require leadership, team planning and communication as they embark on a fun and challenging adventure. The course includes over 40 different low rope activities — allowing facilitators to select the challenges they see fit to achieve the specific training goals for each group. Although simple looking in design, the team building that occurs as a result of these activities represent some of the most dynamic group initiatives in the adventure education field.
